Description
Cedarwood essential oil is steam distilled from the wood, branches and sawdust of the cedar tree. Cedarwood has a strong base-middle note with warm, dry, herbal, woodsy, spicy aromas. Often used as a natural room deodorizer, its properties are well known as a moth and insect repellant. In topical applications, it is used to improve dry or oily hair, as well as skin and scalp conditions such as eczema, dandruff, dry scalp, dry skin or hair loss. It acts as a lymphatic system stimulant and revitalizes the respiratory system while releasing stress and tension. Use Cedarwood essential oil to promote a restful sleep at night or for its calming effect at any time of day.
