Directions
Essential oils are often too strong to apply undiluted to the skin and evaporate rapidly. This is where a good carrier oil comes into play. They do not evaporate or have a very overpowering aroma and so blend well with essential oils making them less volatile. This combination is perfect for all forms of body massage.
- Diffuse only a few drops for a deep sense of peace during meditation
- Blend 2 drops each Ylang-ylang, Lavender and Bergamot to a tablespoon of carrier oil and use as a sensual massage oil
- Ease anxiety with a diffuser blend of 2 drops each Ylang-ylang, Patchouli and Sweet Orange added to 300ml of water
- Control panic attackes by adding Ylang-ylang and Lavender to a personal inhaler or just add a few drops of each to a tissue and breathe in the calming aromas
- Enjoy a refreshing facial steam by adding 2 drops Ylang-ylang and 3 drops Lavender to a bowl of boiling water. Cover your head with a towel and hover over the cleansing steam. Great for all skin types, especially problem skin
