Calm Synergy Blend

Bergamot, grapefruit, orange, patchouli and ylang-ylang essential oils are blended to provide a center of calm in your hectic life. Children, traffic, demanding bosses and stressful moments all disappear as you sink deeper into the sense that all is right with the world. Citrus oils are well known for their ability to lift the mood, while patchouli provides an earthy, grounding effect. Finally, ylang-ylang provides a sensual, dreamy and peaceful feeling that will put a smile on your face and a song in your heart. Perfect at any time of the day: diffuse upon arising to prepare for your morning commute, in the evening to chase away anxiety and wind down from a hectic day, or during romantic interludes for a peaceful, easy feeling.

• Create a 2-5% (2-5 drops per teaspoon) dilution of the Calm Synergy Blend with one of our Grapeseed or Sweet Almond carrier oils for the perfect massage oil
• Add 4 drops to 2oz of full fat milk, pour into warm tub for a relaxing bath (can be used for children over 3 years old)
• Put 3-4 drops on a cotton pad and place pad inside pillow case at night to promote a good nights sleep
• Diffuse 2-3 drops per 100ml of water during meditation or yoga to calm the mind. Also effective at calming over active children when diffused.
