Description
Steam distilled from the leaves of the plant, spearmint essential oil exudes a medium-strength top fragrance note that is warm, spicy, herbaceous and minty. Popular for its versatility in culinary applications, it is also well known for its ability to ease stomach discomfort, nausea and indigestion. Diffuse to stimulate the digestive tract, to ease day-to-day stress, to lighten the mood and enhance concentration. Opens and releases emotional blockages and promotes feelings of self-confidence while dispelling negativity. Dilute in carrier oil and rub on the abdomen to ease menstrual discomfort, nausea and bloating cause by gastrointestinal upset. Dilute at a maximum strength of 1.7% in order to avoid skin sensitivities.

Directions
- Diffuse 2-3 drops per 100ml of water to stimulate the digestive tract, ease day-to-day stress, lighten the mood and enhance concentration
Dilute 2-3 drops in 2 table spoon of carrier oil and use tropically for the following:
- Apply tp abdomen to relieve nausea, cramps and indigestion
- Rub on soles of feet to bring down fever
- Rub in chest to relieve congestion, cough or asthma
- Massage back of neck and forehead for headaches
- Apply to entire body as an insect repellent
- Massage sore muscles for a cooling relief
