Description
Steam distilled from the bark of the cinnamon tree, it produces a clear yellow to golden yellow liquid with a strong middle note. Produces a warm and spicy aroma that exhibits pronounced cinnamon, clove, pepper and herbaceous notes. Most commonly used to relieve digestive upsets, it also is effective in clearing and opening up the respiratory system, easing tired aching muscles or to relieve the irritation caused by insect bites. A ‘hot’ essential oil, it is known to raise the body’s temperature and heighten sexual alertness. Uplifts the mood, relieves mental fatigue and boosts spiritual awareness during meditation or other mindful practices. ***Avoid use completely during pregnancy and while brestfeeding.

Directions
- Diffuse 2-3 drops per 100ml of water to promote wellbeing and soothe the nervous system
- Add 3 drops to a tablespoon of carrier oil and apply topically to achy joints and sore muscles
- Create a warm foot bath by adding 2 drops of Cinnamon Bark and 5 drops of Rosemary to a large basin of warm water. Soak feet for 10 minutes to boost circulation
