Description
Rosemary essential oil is steam distilled from the leaves and flowers of the perennial herb, it produces a clear liquid with a strong middle fragrance note. Its alluring savory aromas are fresh, woodsy and balsamic, known for uplifting the mood and providing a stimulating boost to mental acuity. Good for aiding memory, so could be an excellent tool for students when studying or doing homework. Rosemary is also a symbol of love, its fragrant branches often used in wedding bouquets. Dilute for use in skin and hair care. Add to shampoo to maintain a healthy scalp and to add shine to the hair. Dilute in carrier oil for an invigorating massage, to promote circulation and to warm the skin.

Directions
- Diffuse 2-3 drops per 100ml of water with Lavender and Orange for an uplifting aroma, promoting focus and concentration
- Add 2-3 drops of Rosemary to a tablespoon of shampoo to soothe a dry, itchy scalp and add shine to hair
- Combine 1 1/2 cups epsom salt with 3 tablespoons of Coconut oil and 3 drops each of Rosemary and Lemon. Use this scrub to exfoliate arms, legs. feet and hands. Rinse off and enjoy glowing, radiant skin
